This means that under a DEFRA general license, bird controls and measures can be put into place to counteract any problems that they may be causing.
With this said it is still illegal to cause these birds any suffering and only humane methods of bird control will be tolerated. Understanding the legalities of bird control is crucial so that no harm is caused.
