In March 2011 we were asked to carry out pigeon proofing on the new bus station in Wolverhampton. The bus station building had been completed and consisted of 3 pods which were approximately 100 metres in length by 10 metres wide. Our client soon realised that pigeons would be able to enter the bus stations via gaps between the glass panels and the roof section, (which varied between approximately 6 – 24 inches), this would result in pigeons roosting within the building.
We installed pigeon netting to cover the gaps thereby preventing pigeons from gaining access to the building.
