We just wanted to say, firstly, how pleased we were with the work done and, secondly, how impressed both our housesitters and our neighbours were with Michael Nash, the young man who did the work. Both the housesitters and the neighbours mentioned to us how polite he was and our neighbours were particularly impressed with the fact that he took the trouble to ring their bell to explain who he was and what he would be doing so that they didn’t worry about having a man up a ladder overlooking their courtyard. So we would be most grateful if you could pass on our thanks to Michael and also mention to his boss how impressed we all were both with his work and his conduct.
